Program director self-evaluation

Measure program director performance with this program director self-evaluation. You can also ask faculty members to evaluate program director performance using this form. Annual program evaluation checklist

A special thanks to the folks in the GME office at Albert Einstein School of Medicine for sharing their annual program evaluation checklist with us. Each program fill this form out yearly and submits it to the GME office, which reviews it and follows up with program directors when issues are discovered. It’s an excellent way to provide oversight.
