How do you measure your outcomes? I to would love to learn more about this and see what your report looks like. I am an OB/GYN coordinator and we are in the process of making some changes in our program. This would be the perfect time to start something like this.

Molly sounds like you are doing a wonderful job for your first year, I have been doing this for 9 years now and I still can’t find time to do reports/format like that. I wonder if you would mind sharing your report with the rest of the coordinators.
