		<description>Sounds reasonable, as some program requirements state that X number of procedures, specimens, etc., have to be mastered to meet whatever the definition of competency is, as well as number of slides viewed so that a resident or fellow can make the right diagnosis consistently.

Sounds like they&#039;re making it come out of the shadows.</description>
