It must be 2013.

While OSHA struggles with a shortage of inspectors, and can’t seem to get out to inspect all of the healthcare workplaces to help protect the millions of workers who put themselves in harm’s way every day to help Americans get healthy, it’s nice to see the agency is looking out for the retail workers.
