Fit testing and beards

Beards and respirators can create a hairy problem for safety officers. OSHA says you cannot successfully fit test a bearded worker with tight-fitting face piece respirator. But workers may not want to, or be able to, accommodate their facial hair to your razor sharp safety mindset.
