National Nurses Week: Free white paper and CE

To kick off Nurses Week, we’re giving away a free white paper on nursing image, which comes with one free Nursing Continuing Education (CE) credit. The white paper, The Image of Nursing: Your Ethical and Professional Role, is compiled from the book The Image of Nursing: Perspectives on Shaping, Empowering and Elevating the Nursing Profession by Shelley Cohen, RN, MS, CEN, and Kathleen Bartholomew, RN, MN. Among the topics discussed in the white paper are ways for nurses to improve communication and practice responsibility and accountability. You can access the white paper by following this link.

Enjoy the white paper, and remember to check back tomorrow for a great deal that will let your nurses get started on some early summer reading!

  1. White linen dresses, hose and caps, does anyone remember those times? I do. I wanted to be a nurse so I wear a white uniform! Silly how our image has changed, now we wear all different colors and styles. Even the concept of nursing has changed, bedside nursing no longer exist. I remember giving my patient’s back rubs with their evening medications. I was only 18 years old and I loved my job. Now my time is limited with my patients, I still love my job, but now my role as nurse has changed, Nurse computer!

  2. Prom night is fantastic. Choosing a charming dress to enjoy your splendid moment is a must.

  3. Thank you for another informative blog. Where else could I get that kind of info written in such a perfect way? I have a project that I am just now working on, and I have been on the look out for such information.
