MedicareFind tip: What to do when you don’t know your password

In this post I’ll explain what you should do when you don’t know your MedicareFind password, either because you’ve forgotten it or because you’ve just signed up for a subscription or free trial and haven’t yet set one up.

The first step is to have a brand new password created and sent to your email. I demonstrate that in this short video:

After checking your email for the new password (be sure to check your spam filters and junk mail folders, just in case!), it’s time to log in. You can also change your password to something you’re better able to remember. To see how, watch this short video:

Now you should be all set. As always, if you continue to encounter difficulties logging in, you can call us at 888/201-3650 (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).

Happy FINDing!
