		<description>This non-payment of surgical procedures is so unfair! Just because the physician writes a single word &quot;admit&quot; and we are unable to make the change to outpatient status while the patient is still here, we are not reimbursed for a medically necessary procedure. I can&#039;t believe this is the intent of CMS? Why isn&#039;t the Americal Hospital Association doing something about this?</description>
