SNF medication carts

I recently went into our SNF facility and found they have the medication carts parked directly behing the front desk with the names of the patients visible to anyone standing in front of the desk. They have moved the patient charts to a room off to the side, but do not feel their med carts are a problem??

Here is a question. Does that same unit have a published listing of residents on the wall? Just curious because is they do, I am not sure that anyone viewing the information would see anything that is not already available. However,they could easily take precautions such as moving the information, using only last names, using small font labels, etc.
No they do not have the published listing on the wall, and they moved the charts off to a side area that is protected. They just do not seem to thinkg the med carts are the same thing with “full name” on the drawers.
Then I would advise them to move to last names, first initials or move them to an area where they can’t be viewed. They could even put a partition in front of them.
