ePharmaceuticals and NXLevel Solutions have created a new suite of engaging and interactive games for compliance training. Creative graphics, along with music and sound effects, are incorporated throughout the games to enhance learner engagement.
As users respond to the various question formats, they receive immediate feedback and see their cumulative score. Pharmaceutical and biotech companies can use these games as pre-workshop reviews/assessments or as post-workshop continuous learning applications. Are You Compliant?Description: Self-study, single-user, online game. Objective: To correctly answer all 20 questions, covering compliance topics such as off-label promotion, HIPAA, CME, PDMA, and the Anti-kickback Statute. Game play: The learner is presented with 20 questions of increasing point value. |

Compliance ChallengeDescription: Individual or team-based game. Objective: Quiz-show style training tool that you can populate with your own policy-specific information. It can work as a supplement to workshops or online learning modules. Game play: Deliverable as a stand-alone Web-based tool or as a fun, team-based component of your workshop or POA. |

Stay on LabelDescription: Team-based game for workshops or breakout sessions. Objective: Users move the sales character by choosing the correct response to an off-label question asked by a physician. Game play: The group selects a question about a sales tactic. Each question is worth a different number of points if answered correctly. |

Compliance Treasure HuntDescription: Self-study, single-user, online game. Objective: To find the buried treasure by correctly answering compliance questions at each of five islands. Game play: The user is asked five multiple-choice questions. Once the objective has been completed, the user proceeds to the next island to answer another series of five questions. |

Objective: To earn points by correctly answering compliance questions based on the Anti-kickback Statute, HIPAA, PDMA, and the off-label regulations. Game play: Correct answers earn the learner points. Incorrect answers produce a buzzing statement and a feedback statement. Questions become more challenging as point values increase. |
