Robert “Buster” Mobley, MD, ACPE, is a senior consultant at The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., and a board-certified pediatrician and serves as the executive vice president at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. He has spearheaded several improvement initiatives, including the development of a framework tool to help the organization make responsible, informed decisions regarding collaborative business arrangements with physicians. In addition to his decades-long private practice, he has served in several medical staff leader positions, including senior vice president of medical affairs at Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals in Columbia, SC and vice president of medical affairs at Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in Greenville, SC. He is a member of several medical societies and community groups.
